AFTERDARK Shipping Policy

At AFTERDARK, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

AFTERDARK works with third-party suppliers to prepare and ship orders directly to customers. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and warehouse.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery. We recommend checking the relevant product page for any available shipping information before placing your order.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within Belgium and to selected countries across the European Union. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

3. Shipping Rates

Our current shipping rates are:

Belgium: €7 standard shipping.
Free standard shipping within Belgium: Orders of €70 or more.
International shipping: €17 to eligible destinations.
Express shipping within Belgium: €11, only if this option is available at checkout.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Express shipping is offered only when available for the selected order.

4. Shipping Origins

Our products may be dispatched from warehouses in China or the European Union, depending on the product and supplier.

Products in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. If an order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one parcel.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the product, dispatch warehouse, destination, and shipping method.

For Belgium, estimated delivery is currently 5–10 business days. Delivery times for other eligible destinations may vary.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, carrier operations, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.

We recommend ordering well in advance for seasonal occasions such as Halloween. AFTERDARK cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date unless an explicit guarantee is provided at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the supplier or shipping carrier.

If tracking information is available, please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after dispatch.

7. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Depending on the dispatch location, destination, and shipping arrangement, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.

Where applicable, these charges and who is responsible for paying them will be communicated before purchase in accordance with applicable requirements. Customers should review the shipping and tax information provided at checkout.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

After an order has been placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed or accepted. If you notice an error, contact AFTERDARK as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help, but this is not guaranteed.

AFTERDARK cannot guarantee successful delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. Any resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Delayed, Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong product, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged or incorrect items, include photographs where possible.

AFTERDARK will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You do not need to contact our suppliers directly to raise a delivery issue.
