Products and orders

Review the product description, selected design, size, quantity and delivery details before submitting your order. Product photographs illustrate the item; screen settings may affect how colours appear. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Any additional import-charge obligations must be disclosed before purchase. Payment methods are those available at checkout.

Shipping and supplier fulfillment

Products may be dispatched directly by third-party suppliers, and items from one order may arrive separately. Processing and delivery information is provided in our shipping policy and any product-specific delivery information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. AFTERDARK remains your contact for delivery problems and order enquiries.

Returns, refunds and faulty goods

Our refund policy explains our voluntary return arrangements and your rights. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and rights concerning faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods. Where mandatory protections provide additional rights, those protections apply.

Product use

Follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. Supervise pets wearing costumes and follow the safety instructions for candles and electrical items. These terms do not limit our legal responsibilities for product safety or conformity.
